Please register by 1st May 2023. Registration includes hire of the Howard Theatre and Grace Howard room, refreshments, lunches, welcome barbecue, conference dinner and activities.

Helpful instructions are provided below:
- Enter the Promotional Code: LJC2023
- Click on the calendar on the right and scroll right to SEPTEMBER 2023
- Clicking on both the arrival and departure to highlight the days and click ‘Next’
- Enter the number of people staying aged 21 or over and click ‘Check availability’
- The room availability will then show at the bottom of the screen
- Select the number of rooms required from the drop down and click ‘Next’
- Review booking (if wrong click red trash bin in top corner). Click ‘Next’
- Click blue box in middle of screen “Checkout as guest”
- The system will then guide you through the process of reserving and paying for your room
- If you are single, enter your name of first line, and then click the second box on left headed “Empty”
- You will receive an emailed receipt from SpeedyBooker.Com
Visas:
If you will require a visa for the visit, please contact Lisa Masters to request an invitation letter.
