The Lennard-Jones Centre, in collaboration with UKCP-ML and CP2K-ML, is hosting a one-day workshop on Machine-Learned Interatomic Potentials (MLIPs). The event will bring together the UK MLIP community to discuss recent developments, share insights, and foster collaboration.

Date: Monday, 20th January 2025
Time: 10:30 - 18:00
Location: Maxwell Centre, Cambridge

Programme:

Practical details:

  • Attendance is free; participants arrange their own travel and accommodation.
  • Lunch and refreshments during the poster session will be provided.
  • Limited parking is available at the venue.

This workshop aims to provide a platform for scientific exchange and networking, with opportunities for both senior researchers and early career scientists to contribute.

Registration:

Please fill out this registration form and indicate if you want to contribute a talk or poster.

While this is a good opportunity to promote early career researchers to give talks, one of the main goals is networking. This is why we would encourage PIs to attend to participate in discussion and get a shared overview of the UK activity around MLIPs.
