Registration details
- Standard registration is £350.00
- Student registration is £150.00
- Standard registration for those also attending the Psi-k conference in Lausanne (25-28 August 2025) is £300.00
- Student registration for those also attending the Psi-k conference in Lausanne (25-28 August 2025) is £100.00
- University of Cambridge students and staff are able to pay their registration via internal cross-charge, please select option 5 for this.
The registration fee includes full participation, lunches, refreshments, gala dinner and a conference t-shirt. We kindly advise you to register before the end of February as places are limited and likely to get booked up quickly.

Rooms at several colleges have been reserved in order to provide you with a variety of price options and proximity to the venue.

- Christ's College: Single room with breakfast & shared bathroom - 5 nights (arrival from 2pm on 31st August / departure by 10am on 5th September) - £325.00
- Christ's College: Single room with breakfast & shared bathroom - 6 nights (arrival from 2pm on 31st August / departure by 10am on 6th September) - £390.00
- Downing College: Single en-suite room with breakfast - 5 nights (arrival from 2pm on 31st August / departure by 10am on 5th September) - £600.00
- Moller Institute: Single en-suite room with breakfast - 5 nights (arrival from 2:30pm on 31st August / departure by 9:30am on 5th September) - £900.00
- Pembroke College: Single room with breakfast & shared bathroom - 5 nights (arrival from 2pm on 31st August / departure by 9:30am on 5th September) - £299.50
- Pembroke College: Double bed, en-suite, single occupancy with breakfast for one - 5 nights (arrival from 2pm on 31st August / departure by 9:30am on 5th September) - £417.50
Refund requests for both registration and accommodation fees can be arranged via LJC-Admin@ch.cam.ac.uk until 1st May 2025 only. Any request after this date will not be possible other than exceptional circumstances.
